Equine Programs 

Equine sessions or programs are intimate, grounding and individual experiences with one of our healing horses.  

We facilitate these sessions as the horses' partner and hold the space for you to feel into the present moment, release emotion, feel the emotion and let it pass through your body. 

The realisation that emotions are not negative and that they are meant to be felt results in freedom, strength & peace. 

You will be seen, held and heard in the presence of the horse whose strength and compassion are honest, non-judgemental & real.

Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Meditation & 

Crystal Energy Healing

Usui Shiki Ryoho “The Usui System of Natural Healing” is a Japanese Healing Art. 

This form of reiki was founded in Japan over 100 years ago a by Mikao Usui, whose personal search to understand healing led him to Reiki.

The Japanese word ‘reiki’ can be translated to ‘universal life energy’ The Usui System is a way of working with reiki for healing of self and others. 

The word healing is used in the sense of regaining harmony and wholeness. 

Usui Shiki Ryoho addresses the whole person on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels and those that we cannot identify at the present.

Reiki, meditation & crystal healing is a powerful combination that can heal our internal wounds, emotional trauma, release negative thoughts, and combat negative energies.

 Healing or unblocking the chakras of the body can have a range of physical health benefits, including reducing high blood pressure, chronic pain, anxiety, and a lower chance of heart disease. 

Both humans and horses have their own chakras and can both Receive reiki healing either individually or together!
