What can you expect?

Visualisations of Shapes, colours, objects, animals, people.

Receiving messages from me as to what I see, feel and hear through

connecting to your body.

Receiving healing and shifting of energies, sensations and emotions that need healing and releasing.

At the end of your session we will have a debrief and discuss after care.
