"Equine Empowerment"

Horses are fascinating, deeply emotional, sentient beings - They can feel and are highly attuned to what is happening in a person's head, heart and body. Horses offer an opportunity to be seen, held, and heard—to feel without fear. They don’t judge in the way some humans can; they accept you just as you are.

As a trained Equine Partnered™ Practitioner, I am experienced in supporting people who may have anxiety, depression, PTSD, experienced bullying, neurodiversity, and low self-esteem.

Equine Mirroring is a unique experience incorporated in the Equine Empowerment Program where the horse can reflect information about you that you may or may not be aware of. As a qualified Equine Partnered™ Practitioner, I interpret this feedback and, together with the horse as my partner, we hold a safe, honest, and real space for you to be in the present moment—at your pace and with no pressure.

Equine Empowerment is a carefully crafted, non-clinical approach that helps connect your emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual self, bringing them into alignment. Sessions also include equine education, safety practices, learning to read horse behaviour, and developing valuable self-awareness.

Longview Park is a safe space for youth, teenagers, adults and anyone drawn to this unique experience.  “Equine Empowerment” is the program that I created and started it all!
