Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching is a NDIS support designed for people with psychosocial disability. A recovery coach works alongside a participant to support their recovery journey, choice and control, independence, and connection with their community.

At Longview Park, recovery coaching is not about "fixing" someone or providing psychological treatment. Instead, your coach works with you to identify what matters most and build the confidence, skills, strategies, and connections you need to move toward your goals.

With Diplomas in Community Services and Psychology & Counselling, Longview Park can offer comprehensive psychosocial recovery coaching for NDIS participants with psychosocial disability. A Longview Park Recovery Coach works collaboratively to help participants:

Build independence and confidence

Set personal recovery goals

Develop daily living and life skills

Understand and coordinate your NDIS supports

Connect with community services

Build relationships and social connections

Navigate challenges and setbacks

Work collaboratively with families, carers, and service providers

Develop strategies to manage and work towards your goals

In addition, your Recovery Coach can help you:
